"Helpful in the end, but I felt passed around"
Support did help me get things sorted out, so I appreciate that. It just took longer than I expected, and at times I felt like I was being passed around before getting a clear answer.

"Drawdown rules feel strict"
For some reason, the drawdown rules feel a bit stricter than I expected. It’s okay overall, but you definitely have to be careful with how you manage things

"Refund after cancelling was okay"
I cancelled my account and asked about getting a refund. It wasn’t instant or anything, took a little while, but support did get back to me and the money showed up again. So yeah, straightforward in the end. No huge issue, just... had to wait a bit

"Pretty good deals, honestly"
I’ve used Maven Trading a couple of times now, and yeah... the discounts are actually decent. The promo code worked without any weird extra steps, which I definitely appreciated. Prices ended up being better than I expected, so... nothing too fancy to say, just glad I saved some money.

"Dashboard feels a bit messy"
The dashboard feels kind of cluttered, and I actually have a hard time finding what I need. Some of the tabs also load a little slowly, which makes it feel more frustrating to use.

"Heads up: holding over the weekend worked fine for me"
Just a heads-up for anyone wondering about holding trades overnight or through the weekend with Maven: I’ve been using it mostly for swing trades, and I haven’t run into any weird issues so far. The rules were clear, and my payouts went through normally. I’d still say read the terms carefully before jumping in, but my experience has been solid up to this point.

"I did get my payout in the end..."
I did get my payout in the end, but it showed up about two days later than I was expecting. Not the worst thing ever, just a little frustrating. What annoyed me more were the constant reminders, they felt aggressive for something that was already taking longer than expected.

"Support got back to me, but a little slow"
Am I missing something, or does Maventrading support take a bit longer to reply sometimes? They did answer my question and it was helpful enough, so no major complaint there. I just expected a quicker response, especially when you’re trying to sort something out in the moment.

"Spreads are okay... but commissions feel a bit high"
The spreads seem fine for the most part, but the commissions are... a little higher than I’d like. Overall, the costs could definitely be better

It’s been running fine for me so far, no real issues to complain about. I’m still a little wary because I don’t usually trust customer service to be much help if something does go wrong, but for now everything has been stable.

"Not really priced for someone like me"
I gave Maven Trading a try for a little while, but the fees ended up being more than I expected. As someone who trades smaller amounts and tries to keep costs tight, it just didn’t feel like a good fit for me. A few charges weren’t super obvious at the start, and once they added up, it made me rethink using it. I can see how it might make more sense for bigger traders, but for my situation it didn’t feel worth it. Support was fine overall, but the pricing is what turned me off.

"The scaling options are okay overall..."
The scaling options are okay overall, but they make it seem a lot smoother and more flexible than it actually is. In practice, it feels kind of slow, and the rules are stricter than I expected, so you don’t get as much control as promised

"The Payout Actually Showed Up Right on Time"
I was bracing for the usual payout drama, because you never really know how these things are going to go. But to my surprise, I didn’t have to chase support or send a bunch of messages. The payout landed exactly when they said it would, with no strange delays or last-minute suspense. Happy with it so far.

"Didn’t give me enough clarity to feel comfortable"
I took a look at maventrading.com and, i just didn’t come away feeling totally sure about it. The site has some information there, but a few things I’d normally expect to find easily weren’t really clear to me, or at least I didn’t notice them right away.

I’m not saying it’s definitely bad or anything, but with a trading site, I’d personally want a lot more transparency before putting any money in. The support info and general details could probably be better, so I’d be cautious and do some extra checking first

"Challenge rules could be clearer"
The challenge rules were a bit confusing. Not saying it’s a scam, but I definitely had to reread things a few times and still wasn’t totally sure what was expected. It would be better if everything was explained more clearly upfront

"Profit split is alright, but I’m not totally sold"
The profit split feels okay, but I was expecting it to be a bit more fair. It’s not terrible or anything, just one of those things where you look at the numbers and go, “Hmm, really?” Maybe I’m overthinking it, I did the same thing last week with a restaurant bill and somehow ended up calculating everyone’s appetizers in my head. Anyway, overall it works, but I do think the split could be better.
